Chapter Introductions
Each of the 15 chapters (listed aboce) features a short
yet very useful introduction that can be viewed in the top center of
each of the chapter home pages.

Near the top right of each chapter home page, you will find three
photos and our 'Suggested Links' area These are the "Editor's Choice"
selections. By clicking on these photos, or selecting the name below
each photo, you will be instantly linked to their web sites!

Articles
Articles with leaders in the natural living & new age
fields are being added on a regular basis. Articles that pertain to a
particular subject appear at the bottom of the corresponding chapter
home page. A master list of all the articles appears on the Feature Articles Home Page,
accessable from the "Articles" link (within the left column of
each chapter home page) or in the top menu bar.

How Do We Choose Our Company Links?
The links found in each chapter represent years of
research and travel. In most cases, we have sought the advise of
experts (such as staff members of local vegetarian societies in many
major cities) in choosing the listings that are found in each
chapter.
Glossary
A basic glossary of holistic, Vegetarian and New-Age terms
has been included in case you come across a word or phrase you are
not familiar with (i.e. futon, zabuton, ayurveda, etc.). Use the
E-mail suggestion box to recommend new words or phrases that you
would like us to include.
Maps
Web surfers can now view the USA Vegetarian Vacation Map! Other
maps are planned.
City & State
Guides
Viewers can print over 25 major cities & 48 states to create
their own Travel Guides. These mini-guides (most of which have
photos) include the company name, address, telephone number(s), and
links (when available) of our favorite restaurants, healthfood
stores, natural food co-ops, yoga centers, new age bookstores,
organic farms & other natural lifestyle companies.

We've selected what we consider to be the most

your viewing pleasure!
