The Farm * - Currently The Farm
Community, related organizations and affiliated
individuals own and control over 4000 contiguous
acres. The Farm continues to keep the principles
of nonviolence as its core foundation. The Farm
operates the Solar School, Ecovillage Training
Center, and a popular Book Publishing Company.
People are welcome to visit anytime, but bear in
mind that the community is spread out over several
square miles and people are busy with their
personal lives. Guided Tours are also available.
Generally speaking, food served at community wide
potlucks are expected to be vegetarian and labeled
if a dish is not vegan. Gatherings at private
homes or invitation-only events are free to serve
whatever the hosts and their guests wish.
