Greater Boston Vegetarian Resource Center - P.O. Box 38-1068. Cambridge, MA 02238-1068. 781-322-3921. The Greater Boston Vegetarian Resource Library was created to provide educational resource materials to inspire and assist in the adaptation of a vegetarian lifestyle. It is our intention to promote reverence and respect for all living beings through vegetarianism. Now sharing the grounds of The Pacifist Memorial and Veganpeace Animal Sanctuary, the Resource Library is a welcome addition for those who seek guidance, inspiration, and support on the journey to cruelty-free living. Maynard Clark who started the Boston Vegetarian Society in 1986, generously donated most of the educational resources to create the Resource Library at The Peace Abbey. The Greater Boston Vegetarian Resource Library contains a wealth of inspiring, compelling, and fascinating books, periodicals, newsletters, audio and video tapes. A myriad of diverse and tantalizing cookbooks abound, with a copy machine available to sample recipes.
